Sales Associate


  • Greet and guide customers through the selection and buying process
  • Locate/select a vehicle and options best suited to the customer's needs
  • Conduct a vehicle test drive
  • Provide a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
  • Negotiate the sale closure
  • Complete all sales documentation accurately
  • Maintain a current knowledge of promotions, financing options, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and industry trends
  • Maintain contact with clients to ensure complete satisfaction and encourage repeat and referral business
  • Maintain contact with potential clients as a source of future business and referrals


  • Previous sales experience a PLUS, but not REQUIRED

Service Advisor

Job Description

  • Meet with customers upon arrival, perform vehicle "walk around"; work with customer and technician to identify required maintenance
  • Provide price and time quotes for requested services, advise customers on necessary/suggested services.
  • Calculate the cost of replacement parts, estimates cost of mechanical, electrical, or other repairs
  • Write repair orders with itemized lines for each service (Cause Correction and Concern)
  • Contact warranty companies to obtain approval/ coverage for repairs
  • Present technician findings to customers; sell additional services and repairs to customers.
  • Consult with customers throughout their service event, provide status updates to customer.
  • Review completed repair orders with customers, advise of manufacturers' survey and assure all customer concerns are addressed.
  • Provide customer with final invoice and collect payment
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person
  • Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above designated standards.
  • Meet dealership's standards for repair/order production.
  • Schedule appointments with customers


  • Previous dealership experience as a service advisor is preferred
  • Superior customer service skills with proven CSI record
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Great attitude with a high-energy personality and professional appearance
  • Basic computer skills are necessary, prior experience with CDK is helpful
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
  • Valid U.S. driver's license


Job Responsibilities :

  • Wash vehicle exteriors using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes
  • Apply wax to auto body, and wipe or buff surface using cloth or buffing machine
  • Apply spray shine to exterior of all newly purchased vehicles
  • Wet sand and buff blemishes in vehicles finish as requested
  • Vacuum interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris
  • Clean upholstery, rugs, glass and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devises.
  • Apply revitalizers and preservation agents to vinyl or leather surfaces and treat fabrics with spot and stain-resistant chemicals to preserve and protect interior components.
  • Clean wheels, engine compartment and undercarriage of vehicles as requested; apply tire shine
  • Hand dry vehicles to ensure no spotting
  • Use a clay bar when necessary to remove contaminates on the paint like rail dust or overspray
  • Apply tar remover to vehicles upon request; spray vehicles with anti-corrosion compound when recalls apply
  • Perform restorative services to the vehicles, including headlight restoration, applying paint sealants and ionization service
  • Wash rags and towels; keep inventory stocked to keep up with work flow
  • Fill vehicles up with gas for delivery


Job Requirements

  • Previous detailer experience in a dealership is helpful
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record according to dealership guidelines
  • The ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Works well under pressure and meets deadlines with ease
  • Positive attitude, honesty and integrity
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen


Job Responsibilities

  • Duplicate, diagnose and repair a full range of automotive service issues found on vehicles including those of all electrical systems, engine, transmission, suspension, braking system, and emission system.
  • Use shop equipment and diagnostic equipment with confidence and in accordance with all safety procedures
  • Expertly diagnose issues based upon experience, analysis, and testing
  • Possess an increasingly broad knowledge of how vehicles' components work and interact
  • Perform routine service inspections, test, and lubricate engines and other major components
  • Repair automobiles and light trucks
  • Adapt to rapidly changing technologies in the automotive industry and well as in the diagnostics arena
  • Know and adhere to safety and environmental standards for maintenance / repair facilities and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Communicate with service advisors
  • Accurately complete repair orders and inspect vehicles for safety concerns
  • Other items as deemed necessary by management



  • Previous Automotive Technician Experience Required
  • Dealership experience a plus
  • State inspection and emissions license required
  • ASE Certifications a plus
  • Must have own tools
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Trustworthy, dependable and reliable
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions
  • Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen

Express Lube Technician

Job Description:

  • Perform preventative maintenance; drain engine oil and replace filter, check air pressure and rotate tires, check condition of all air filters, hoses and belts, inspect all fluid levels and replenish, etc., reset maintenance light once service is completed.
  • Perform a thorough check of each vehicle (i.e. battery, lights, tires, etc.), referring all needed repairs and preventive maintenance to Service Advisor; complete 31 point check sheet.
  • Road-test vehicles to quality-check work performed; ensuring every vehicle that leaves the dealership is safe to drive according to state requirements.



  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Prior Quick Lube experience or technical school training a must!
  • Prior dealership experience is a plus
  • Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • State inspection and emissions licenses preferred, but not required
  • ASE certification helpful
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record according to dealership standards
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Must be punctual and reliable and have honesty and integrity
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screen


Business Development Representative



  • Make 75+ outbound phone calls daily to follow up with potential customers
  • Follow up with internet leads via phone and e-mail; participate in "chats" with customers online
  • Obtain information from customer regarding vehicle of interest or special requests; document the details of each conversation with the customer in Dealership CRM
  • Answer general inquiries regarding vehicles in inventory; navigate the manufactures website, dealer website and refer to vehicle books for information when necessary
  • Check the availability of vehicles customers are inquiring about
  • Set appointments for customer to come in and meet with a sales associate; meet with customers as they arrive and introduce the salesperson to ensure a smooth handoff
  • Complete ongoing follow up with customers until they visit the dealership or express otherwise
  • Work with department manager to set monthly goals and reach forecasting objectives



  • Previous experience working in a call center environment is helpful
  • Previous BDC or sales experience (including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales) is preferred
  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred but not required
  • Must have ability to work a varying Monday-Saturday schedule
  • Excellent follow up skills
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • Professional appearance, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Must possess the ability to ask for the appointment and follow through
  • Must be willing to submit background check and drug screen
